Touring the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid

Before I began working with Royal Caribbean I was in Europe chasing football dreams. Here is a post from my time visiting the Bernabeu in Madrid, Spain!




One of my first days in Madrid I visited the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu – home of Real Madrid C.F. Arguably, one of the most famous football clubs in the entire world. Perhaps you know the names Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez, SERGIO RAMOS, and Marcelo. No? How about Alfredo Di Stefano, Iker Casillas or Raul? The club has been so stacked with names that Zenedine Zidane, David Beckham, etc. didn’t make the first cut! You get my point.

The tour was ridiculously badass. Especially for the price of €19. It is a self-guided affair and covers most everything worthwhile at the stadium from a fan perspective. First, I climbed the stairs of Torre B and made my way to the third deck for an incredible panoramic view of the field.
